Welcome to GAME OVEN. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the games, applications, websites, and related services provided by GAME OVEN Co., Ltd. and its affiliates (collectively, "GAME OVEN," "we," "us," or "our") (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account, downloading, installing, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GAME OVEN regarding your access to and use of the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 14 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country of residence, if higher, e.g., 16 in certain European jurisdictions) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are a minor under the laws of your jurisdiction, you may only use the Service with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.
GAME OVEN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified through the Service or by other reasonable means, and, unless otherwise required by applicable law, will take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining your own device, internet connection, and any software required to access the Service, and for all costs associated with such access (including data charges).
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, GAME OVEN grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
This license does not include, and you may not, directly or indirectly: (a) sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service; (b) copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the Service; (c) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law; or (d) remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices contained in the Service.
GAME OVEN reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms. Individuals who have been previously banned from the Service, or who are prohibited from receiving services under applicable law (including export control and sanctions laws), may not use the Service.
GAME OVEN may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend, limit, or terminate your account or your access to all or part of the Service if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason GAME OVEN deems necessary to protect the Service, other users, or GAME OVEN itself.
GAME OVEN may deactivate or delete accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (for example, 180 consecutive days), subject to prior notice where required by applicable law. GAME OVEN may also discontinue, suspend, or modify the Service, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, and shall have no liability for any such action, except as required by applicable law.
You may terminate your account and stop using the Service at any time by following the account deletion procedure made available within the Service or by contacting customer support. Except as required by applicable law or expressly stated in these Terms, amounts already paid are non-refundable upon termination.
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
You agree to notify GAME OVEN immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. GAME OVEN is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. You may not share, sell, transfer, or permit any third party to use your account.
When using the Service, you agree that you will not:
• Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the Service;
• Exploit any bug or error in the Service, or fail to promptly report any such bug or error to our customer support;
• Disrupt, overburden, or aid or assist in the disruption of any computer or server used to operate the Service;
• Upload, transmit, or distribute any virus, worm, or other malicious code;
• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or otherwise objectionable;
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
• Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate any other user or GAME OVEN personnel;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or related systems or networks; or
• Sell, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit any account, virtual item, or virtual currency outside of features expressly offered by GAME OVEN.
Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in suspension or termination of your account and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities.
The Service may allow you to create, upload, post, or share content, including messages, images, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain any ownership rights you may have in your User Content, but by submitting User Content you grant GAME OVEN a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from such User Content in connection with the operation, promotion, and improvement of the Service.
GAME OVEN does not endorse and is not responsible for any User Content, and does not have an obligation to monitor it. However, GAME OVEN reserves the right, but not the obligation, to review, remove, edit, or refuse to post any User Content, at its sole discretion, including User Content that violates these Terms.
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. GAME OVEN is not responsible for the conduct of any user, and you agree to release GAME OVEN from any claims and damages arising out of disputes with other users.
The Service may permit you to purchase a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use virtual items, virtual currency, or other in-game content ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items are licensed to you for use within the Service only, have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, and do not constitute property, whether tangible or intangible.
Except as required by applicable law (including statutory withdrawal rights that may apply in certain jurisdictions), all purchases and redemptions of Virtual Items are final and non-refundable. If your account is suspended, terminated, or closed for any reason, you will not receive any compensation for unused Virtual Items.
Purchases made through a third-party platform (such as an app store) are subject to that platform's own payment and refund terms, and refund requests for such purchases should be directed to the applicable platform provider.
All right, title, and interest in and to the Service — including, without limitation, all software, source code, game titles, characters, character names, storylines, dialogue, artwork, animations, music, sound effects, audiovisual effects, trademarks, and other content (collectively, "GAME OVEN Materials") — are owned by GAME OVEN or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited license expressly granted in Section 2, nothing in these Terms transfers any right, title, or interest in the GAME OVEN Materials to you. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by GAME OVEN.
The Service may be accessed through, or interact with, platforms or services not controlled by GAME OVEN (such as app stores, social media platforms, or payment processors). Your use of such third-party platforms and services is at your own risk and may be subject to additional or different terms imposed by the relevant third party. GAME OVEN is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party platform or service.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. GAME OVEN provides these links for convenience only and does not endorse, and is not responsible or liable for, the content, products, or services available from such third-party sites. Any information you provide to a third-party site is governed by that party's own privacy policy and terms, not by GAME OVEN's.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GAME OVEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS ANY LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH, PERSONAL INJURY, OR FRAUD.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and GAME OVEN regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. GAME OVEN's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

We aim to review and respond to all complaints in a timely manner.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles, except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent court having jurisdiction over GAME OVEN's registered address, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
