GAME OVEN and its affiliates (collectively, "GAME OVEN," "we," "us," or "our") respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through our games, applications, and websites (collectively, the "Service"), how we use and share it, and the choices and rights available to you.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use the Service.
This Privacy Policy addresses only the collection, use, and disclosure of information by GAME OVEN. Our Service may integrate third-party tools for analytics, advertising, and infrastructure (for example, analytics or attribution SDKs, advertising networks, and cloud hosting providers). These third parties may independently collect information about you in accordance with their own privacy policies, and GAME OVEN does not control, and is not responsible for, their data practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party service that is presented to you within the Service.
We collect the following categories of information in connection with the Service:
When you play our games, we collect information about your interactions with the game and with other players, such as your player ID, in-game progress and achievements, gameplay statistics, and technical identifiers (e.g., device ID, IP address). We use this data to operate the game, personalize your experience, balance gameplay, and prevent fraud and cheating.
We may collect device information (such as device model, operating system, unique device or advertising identifiers) and approximate location information (such as IP-based location or country) to operate the Service, troubleshoot issues, and understand usage trends. You can limit the collection of advertising identifiers through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
If you log in using a third-party account (such as Google Play Games, Apple Game Center, or Facebook), we may receive basic profile information from that service, such as your name, account ID, email address, and profile picture, as permitted by your settings with that provider.
The Service may let you invite friends or connect with contacts through social networking services. Any contact information you provide for this purpose is used solely to facilitate the invitation or connection and is not used for other marketing purposes without your consent.
When you contact customer support, we collect your email address, account/player ID, device information, and the content of your inquiry in order to respond to and resolve your request, and to improve our support and the Service.
When you make a purchase, payment details are generally collected and processed by our payment processors or the applicable app store, and are not stored by GAME OVEN in readable form. We may receive limited transaction information (such as purchase confirmation and amount) to fulfill your order, provide support, and prevent fraud.
If the Service includes forums, in-game chat, or fan-content galleries, information you post or submit may be visible to other users or the public. Please use discretion when sharing personal information in these spaces, as GAME OVEN is not responsible for how other users handle information you disclose publicly.
When you visit our websites, we may automatically collect information such as browser type, language, referring page, and usage activity through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 5).
We may collect additional information you voluntarily provide when participating in surveys, contests, or promotions, such as your name, contact details, or demographic information.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
• With your consent, or at your direction;
• With service providers who perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting, customer support, analytics, and payment processing, under confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• To comply with applicable law, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of GAME OVEN, our users, or others;
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you of any change in ownership or use of your personal information; and
• In aggregated or de-identified form that does not identify you, for business or analytical purposes.
GAME OVEN operates globally, and your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than your own — including the Republic of Korea, where our headquarters is located, and other countries where our service providers (such as cloud hosting, customer support, and email delivery providers) operate. Data protection laws in these countries may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
Where required by applicable law, we implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable data protection law.
We use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies (including local storage) to maintain your session, remember your preferences, enhance security, measure and analyze usage of the Service, and, where permitted, deliver relevant advertising. You can control cookies through your browser or device settings; disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, consistent with generally accepted industry standards. These measures include encrypted communications, restricted access to systems storing personal information, and regular privacy and security training for employees who handle personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When you delete your account, we generally delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period thereafter (for example, within one month), except where we are required or permitted to retain certain information for a longer period (such as customer support records or information needed to comply with applicable law).
You may opt out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in such communications or by contacting us using the details in Section 10. Opting out of marketing communications does not affect service-related communications (such as account or transaction notices).
You may limit the use of your device's advertising identifier for interest-based advertising through your device settings (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS, or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android).
You may access, update, or delete certain personal information directly within your account settings, or by contacting us at the email address in Section 10. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may also have the right to: (a) access the personal information we hold about you; (b) correct inaccurate or incomplete information; (c) request erasure of your personal information or restriction of its processing; (d) withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent; (e) receive your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format; (f) object to certain processing; and (g) lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making, including profiling, that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.

Your continued use of the Service after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (GAME OVEN does not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 10.
For purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and equivalent UK/Swiss law, "personal information" as used in this Policy has the same meaning as "personal data." We process your personal data on one or more of the following legal bases: performance of a contract with you, our legitimate interests (such as improving and securing the Service), your consent, and compliance with legal obligations. Where we transfer personal data outside the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent mechanism.
